John Schmoll

Mr Schmoll is the former Chief Financial Officer of Coles Myer Limited, retiring in 2002. He has had an extensive career in retail and distribution services including that of Finance Director with the Edgars Group, South Africa’s largest apparel and household goods retailer. Mr Schmoll is Principal of John Schmoll and Associates, specialising in corporate advisory and executive support services. He is also a non-executive director of AWB Limited, OrotonGroup Ltd and Patties Foods Ltd and previously Australian Leisure and Hospitality Ltd, Golden Circle Ltd and Chandler Macleod Ltd.
Steven Fisher

Mr Fisher has more than 20 years experience in general management positions in the wholesale consumer goods industry and is currently general manager of the Voyager Group.
Dean Howell

Mr Howell has had an extensive career in accounting, spanning some 40 years, and accordingly, has a wealth of commercial and advisory experience. He was the former senior partner of Horwath Melbourne, now known as BDO Kendalls, and also served on the Australian and international Boards of Horwath. He is currently a consultant with BDO Kendalls. He is also a director of Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation Ltd, and a member of that Foundation’s appeals and finance committees.
Steven Klein

Mr Klein has had extensive legal experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and public company takeovers. Mr Klein has been a partner of Arnold Bloch Leibler since 1996.
Samuel Weiss

AB, Harvard University; MS, Columbia Business School; FAICD Mr Weiss had a long corporate career in the United States, Europe and Australia with leading consumer brand companies such as Nike, Gateway computers, and Sheridan. He devotes considerable time and energy to education, the arts and disadvantaged communities through his work as a past President of the Harvard Club of Australia, Vice President of The Benevolent Society and as a director of The Sydney Festival. Mr Weiss is Chairman of Altium Limited, Deputy Chairman of GLG Corp Limited, and a non-executive director of OrotonGroup Limited, IPGA Limited, and Open Universities Australia.
